What is an exchange rate?
Each country has its own currency.  In any money transfer or foreign exchange transaction, there is a local currency and a foreign currency which will have different values. The difference between these two rates will have an impact on the money you send and that will be received.

What is BEC Online?
beconline.com is BEC's online money transfer website, through which you can send money securely to your loved ones from the comfort of your home or office. For more details visit beconline.com.
What is Credit to Account?
This is transferring money direct into a bank account of your beneficiary. Generally, it takes up to 24-48 working hours to reach at the beneficiary’s account except weekends and bank holidays. Please ask branch staff or customer care team (infocust@bec.com.kw / (+965 1824000) for details.
Which Money Transfer option is best for me?
Depending on the time, your location and the receiver’s location, the best option for money transfer differs. For more information on your money transfer options, visit our Money Transfer page. Alternatively, please contact us and our team will be more than happy to help you find the best option that suits your needs.
Are the exchange rates the same every day?
No, exchange rates are dynamic and are constantly being updated to ensure you have our latest and most recent rates.  Please always check the exchange rate before you process your transactions.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time before collection. Just visit the branch where you scheduled the pickup with your Civil ID and order confirmation receipt to process the cancellation and receive your refund.
Can I specify currency denominations in my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose specific denominations. We’ll provide a mix of high and low denominations based on availability.
How do I collect my currency order?
To pick up your order, visit the branch you selected during checkout. Please bring your order number and your original Civil ID.
How do I place an order online?
To place an order, simply visit Travel Cash Booking. It’s quick and easy!
How long will my order be held for collection?
Your order will be held for 24 hours after confirmation. If it’s not collected within this period, it will be automatically canceled.
How much foreign currency can I order online?
You can order up to 1500 KWD. The minimum order amount depends on the smallest available denomination of the currency you’re purchasing.
I can’t find the collection location I need.
We currently process online orders only from the locations listed in the dropdown. If you need another location, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at 1824000, and we’ll assist you with your request.
My order timed out on the verification screen. Was it processed?
If your order timed out and you didn’t receive a confirmation email, check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still don’t find it, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1824000 to help verifying your order and arranging a refund if needed.
What currencies can I purchase online?
You can see all available currencies in the dropdown list when placing your order. If you don’t find the currency you need, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at 1824000, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you, depending on market availability.
What happens if I don’t collect my order on time?
If you don’t collect your order within 24 hours of confirmation, it will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be refunded as per the BEC’s Refund Policy. Visit the branch with your Civil ID and confirmation receipt to claim your refund.
What id do I need to collect my order?
You’ll need your valid original Civil ID and your order number when picking up your currency at the BEC store.
