BEC Opens Its 35th Branch

Its 3rd location is the Hassawi area

Bahrain Exchange Company W.L.L. (BEC), one of Kuwait’s leading worldwide money transfer and foreign exchange companies, today announced the opening of its Hassawi Grand Hyper Branch, the 3rd BEC branch in the Hassawi district. To celebrate the opening of the branch BEC gave away 100 gold coins to the first 100 customers that made a foreign currency or money transfer transaction at the branch.

The branch, which is located next to the Grand Hypermarket and situated in one of Kuwait’s busiest metropolitan areas, will cater to local businesses and residents providing retail and corporate forex and money transfer services. Commenting on the opening of the branch and BEC’s expansion of its branch network, Mr. Mathews Varughese General Manager of BEC said, “It gives me great pleasure to announce the opening of our 35th branch and the 3rd in the Hassawi area.  Hassawi is a thriving area for businesses, and many nationals and expatriates work or reside there, making it an ideal location for us to expand our retail network and offer another convenient location for customers to make their forex and remittance transactions.”

Customers that undertake a transaction at the new branch, and any BEC branch across the country, will be automatically entered into its current BEC Weekly Winter Wins campaign. The exciting campaign, which ends on the 14th March 2015, sees 10 lucky customers win a cash prize each week. Each draw takes place every Sunday throughout the campaign and the prizes include, first prize of $1,500 (one winner), 2nd prize $500 (2 winners) and 3rd prize of $200 (7 winners).  Customers will only be entered into the weekly draw for the week that they make a transaction.
